Mark and his team have looked after my goldendoodle Poppy and my little Romanian rescue Cali for 5+ years. Providing peace of mind when I’ve been at work and catering for all their changing needs.
I was particularly worried introducing Cali to walks with someone new as she was a very scared, wary dog when she first arrived. I need not have worried as Mark and his team looked after them both so thoughtfully that Cali soon came round and is now a much more confident dog.
Moving 200 miles away has been the only reason we have unfortunately stopped using Happy Paws and we just hope we can find a dog walker half as good down here in Cornwall!

Last year my dog unfortunately died but prior to that Mark and his team at Happy Paws had been walking her regularly for 6 years. Service with a smile, that’s what Mark delivers. Mark is taking care of our three greyhounds 5 days a week, and during holidays 4 times a day (7 days a week). The dogs are extremely happy with Happy Paws, and because of his dedication we don’t have to bring them to a kennel.  Besides this, Mark is very flexible and always tries to satisfy our needs. A Happy Paws representative has been visiting Millie twice a week since she was 8 weeks old. 2 years later we are as happy with the service as we were from day 1. My name is Nigel Wakefield from Redditch, and Mark has been walking my 2 Chocolate Labradors for the last 6 months. He is totally reliable and trustworthy with my dogs. Originally I used Mark to walk Daisy and May during my wife’s poor health. My dogs love him and they have improved dramatically walking on the lead. Whenever I am away I always ask Mark to walk my dogs, gives me peace of mind my dogs are well looked after. I like the fact Mark walks the dogs properly and does not subtask the work out. I have a rescue Rottie who can be nervous of people, Mark has taken on walking my best friend at short notice, filling in for our previous walker. He has taken on the specifics of Boe`s needs, lets me know how she has been everyday and he is great when it comes to extra walks if I am stuck at work, a simple text and he pops round. We are still working on Boe`s adjustment to her new life and Mark is aware of Boe`s timid side and when she wants to get over excited to play with other dogs, so his input to her continued progression even with the most simple of challenges is most gratefully received.

Mark has been coming to walk our dog Archie during the day, whilst my husband and I are at work for a while now and we don`t know what we would do without this service. I`m so glad I found Mark & Happy Paws Redditch, I was very nervous leaving my 2 kittens for a fortnight for the first time and found happy paws on-line . After speaking to Mark on the phone and explaining this to him we arranged for him to come over and see me and the little ones. After his first visit meeting him and seeing him interact with the kittens, he made me at ease. He visited a further two times before I went on my holiday with my husband . He text me twice while I was away with photos of the kittens enjoying themselves !! Mark and his wife did a marvellous job taking care of our house and kittens. As the owner of two senior staffies, I was very reluctant to put them in kennels whilst I went abroad to get married as in the past they have pined. Mark and Sarahs service was the perfect solution! They came twice a day and expertly managed my two dogs, who can be quite a handful. Being able to leave them in their own environment with the run of their garden during the day and being safely tucked in at night was a Godsend for us. I returned to find them in better shape than ever! Sarah and Mark kept me informed of their well being throughout the two weeks I was away, even sending us pictures of them.
